Ordered products are manufactured as required. Production of products ordered and
out of stock might not be possible for various reasons. Under the circumstances,

the money received for the product is refunded to the credit card if the order is
placed by using a credit card;

30 Days Return Policy
We are very confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations.
However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your
order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange (less
shipping and insurance charges).
Returning Your Order:
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):
1. Contact Customer Service by sending an email with your orders product code number
and request a return authorization code.
2. Print the Return Form, and fill it out completely. Please write your Return Authorization
Number (RAN) on the return form and on the outside
of the shipping box.
3. Send your item(s) with Original Tag(s) attached original packing
materials, return form, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or
Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible
for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry"
or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

4. After we receive your package, our Quality Inspection Department will verify
the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).
5. A refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days. All refunds will be issued
in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the
credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanging Your Order:
Please follow these steps to exchange your jewelry item(s):
1. Contact Customer Service and request an Exchange for your order.
2. In your request mention the product code number of the product purchased or send
a photo.and also mention the product code of the desired product now.
3.Our experts will utilize and write back to you asap.If the Exchange is approved;
Send your item(s) with Original Tag(s) attached, original packing materials,
return form, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered
Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for
items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or
any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

4. After we receive your package, our Quality Inspection Department will verify
the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).
5. The item(s) will be exchanged within 3 business days. All price adjustments will
be done in the original form of payment.
Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:
- The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Number must accompany the returned
item to avoid 15% restocking fee.
- The Original Tag must not be removed. This is a security feature we use to verify
the authenticity of the item. We cannot accept items whose tags have been removed.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any
way. Items damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
- Rings come in a standard size of 7. If you should need a different size we will
have to custom order your ring. If you would like to return a ring that has been
custom ordered, please be aware that there is a %30 Re-stocking Fee.
- Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made
on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
- Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
Shipping Policy
Domestic cargo deliveries in the shopping you do on Diamondturkey.com are free of
charge.
You can examine the status of your order on the order follow-up page.
If you made your payment with a credit card, the security authorization explained
under Security Policy must be communicated to the orders representative of diamondturkey.com,
by the Fraud Security Department of the confirming bank in order for your order
to be delivered to the delivery address you have given during shopping.
After your payment is approved, the products are customized for you in line with
the preferences you have identified when making the order. Preparation of the products
is completed in 1 – 10 days following the approval of the payment. You will be notified
by e-mail if the preparation phase takes longer.
Prepared orders are delivered to the cargo company on days other than Saturdays,
Sundays and official holidays.
The cargo company makes deliveries on days outside Sundays and official holidays.
Diamondturkey.com reserves the right to replace the cargo company or change the dispatch
method as required.
You will be notified by e-mail when your order is delivered to the cargo company.
Orders delivered to the cargo company are expected to be received by you in 48 hours
excluding the days when the cargo company does not make deliveries. If you do not
receive your order at the end of this period, you can contact us by using the communication
form.
For orders where the delivery address and the invoice address is the same, the product
will be delivered together with the invoice and dispatch documents. For orders with
different delivery and invoice addresses, the invoice for the product will be sent
to the invoice address; and the product dispatch note will be delivered to the delivery
address together with the product.
In cases where the purchaser is not found at the delivery address, the cargo company
leaves a call notice. If the purchaser to whose address a call notice has
been left fails to contact the cargo company within 3 days, then the cargo company
will take the pack back to diamondturkey.com
Check the products you have ordered against the dispatch note at delivery.
If you think the products are missing or damaged, ask the cargo representative to
write down a record and do not accept delivery of the pack. Inform the diamondturkey.com
orders representative by using the communication form. Necessary investigations
will be made and your order will be dispatched to you as soon as possible. By accepting
the delivery of the product, you acknowledge that the cargo company has completely
fulfilled its duty.
